* Club stands are allocated up to a maximum of 20 spaces (Please contact us directly if you would like a bigger Club Space)

* Club Stand Tickets are: £6 each - this fee covers, the vehicle, driver and one passenger only. (Extra passengers must buy a spectator ticket)

All tickets will be checked at the gate by our Marshals using our new QR APP SYSTEM.

* Club Stand pitches are on both tarmac and gravel areas

* Club Banners and flags are allowed but must be weighted or tied down

* Club Gazebos are welcome but please state on your application form if you need extra space

* Clubs are welcome to set up early on the day of the event - Gates open at 6am

* If any members of your club are trailering a vehicle to the event - trailer parking is available 

* If your Club is travelling up to Cumbria for this event but would like to come up on the Saturday to set up  -
