MOTORSPORT ACTION
- Travis Shaw -
Ten-year-old Travis Shaw is a promising young bike racer from Barrow, Cumbria. Travis is no stranger to the Rowrah circuit and regularly puts his knee down with his GP70. He is the youngest member this year taking part in our Motorsport Action line up so be sure to give him the biggest cheer.
Travis and his family have recently returned from an intensive three-day training camp in Spain, where he honed his skills on his impressive Grand Prix-spec bikes. Competing on a full GP chassis with 12-inch wheels and a powerful 70cc six-speed two-stroke engine, Travis tackled three different tracks and clocked over 250 laps, pushing his limits and familiarizing himself with his 2025 Metrakit GP70 and GP80 machines.
Despite a few setbacks Travis demonstrated remarkable resilience and determination, impressing his family and gathering valuable experience in preparation for the upcoming season.
This guy is a champion in the making and it will be brilliant to watch him out on his home circuit.

- Brad Gallagher -
Brad Gallagher will be making some noise around the Track with his Autograss Racer. Brad is 28 and currently competes in the Class 8.
What makes this Autograss Racer special? It's the first and only Class 8 powered by a KTM 1290 Superduke engine.
Out of the 100's of Class 8's out there this is one that will turn heads!
Brad has worked hard throughout the 2024 UK Championships and managed to secure a top 4 finish but this year he has his sights on the podium for the 2025 season.
The car has evolved significantly over the years through rigorous testing and modifications, and Brad's really excited to see what it can achieve this year. - SAFETY TEAM -
West Cumbria Search & Rescue provides specialist Search & Rescue services across Cumbria.
We assist the Police in locating lost or missing persons. We are made up entirely of highly skilled volunteer members who are on call 365 days a year, 24 hours a day.
The team comprises of members, trainees and supporters from all walks of life. However we all have one thing in common – the love of the great outdoors!
Most importantly we love serving our community.
