How to show your clubs 'WHEELS'...

Its easy to showcase your Clubs "Wheels" at this year's "Wheels Int Lakes," we're eager to welcome your club to our vibrant community of automotive enthusiasts!

Whether you're club is for Classic or Modified Cars, Motorbikes, Hot- Rods or a mixed clubs this is your chance to share your Club with fellow gearheads from all over the UK.

* Booking a Club Stand is easy: simply head to the bottom of this page where you'll find our registration form.

* Take a few moments to complete the required fields, providing us with the necessary details about your Club and its Members.

* Once the forms filled in, press submit and this will be sent directly to us.

* A forwarding email with a payment link & unique code will be sent direct to your email box.

* Click the link, this will direct you to Ticket Taylor, type in the unique code provided in your email.

* Click on Buy tickets, from the drop down box on the Ticket Taylor Website click Club Stand Ticket.

* Each member on your stand will need a ticket, you can book a batch of tickets in one go and receive a single QR Code for each member.

* Follow the sites instructions and once payment has been processed we will secure your Club Space in the show.

* Upon payment you will receive an email from Ticket Taylor which will include your QR CODE Tickets for each space that you have reserved

(DO NOT LOOSE THESE - PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT ONE QR CODE GOES TO EACH MEMBER ON STAND)

* You are now all signed up and registered with Wheels Int Lakes for this this years Automotive Show 2025.

* A event itinerary and event map showing your club stand space will be emailed over to the Club Admin 2 weeks before the event.
