Its easy to showcase your Clubs "Wheels" at this year's "Wheels Int Lakes," we're eager to welcome your club to our vibrant community of automotive enthusiasts!
Whether you're club is for Classic or Modified Cars, Motorbikes, Hot- Rods or a mixed clubs this is your chance to share your Club with fellow gearheads from all over the UK. Booking your club space couldn't be easier.
* Simply head to the bottom of this page where you'll find our registration form.
* Take a few moments to complete the required fields, providing us with the necessary details about your Club and its Members.
* Once the forms filled in, press submit and this will be sent directly to us.
* You will receive a confirmation email in due cause.

- Club Stand Information -
* Club stands are allocated up to a maximum of 20 spaces (Please contact us directly if you would like a bigger Club Space)
* Club Stand Tickets are: £6 each - this fee covers, the vehicle, driver and one passenger only. (Extra passengers must buy a spectator ticket)
All tickets will be checked at the gate by our Marshals using our new QR APP SYSTEM.
* Club Stand pitches are on both tarmac and gravel areas
* Club Banners and flags are allowed but must be weighted or tied down
* Club Gazebos are welcome but please state on your application form if you need extra space
* Clubs are welcome to set up early on the day of the event - Gates open at 6am
* If any members of your club are trailering a vehicle to the event - trailer parking is available
* If your Club is travelling up to Cumbria for this event but would like to come up on the Saturday to set up -
